Creative Drafting Services is owned by Shane Duck who has many years of experience as a designer. Shane can deliver detailed designs for complex projects with very tight schedules at extremely competitive prices.

I am now a Full Member with the Building Designers Australia NSW. I have primarily been working in the Child Care Industry, designing child care centres for builders/developers and centre operators since getting me accreditation but I have also undertaken some residential dwellings, (new and extensions).

I predominately work in the Sydney East Coast region but can comfortably undertake design work anywhere in NSW or any other state of Australia. I have a network of consultants that I work with, which enables a project to be completely smoothly and efficiently from a design perspective, thus making a submission to council as stress free as possible.
